June News: The Unlikely Lady and New York City!

Happy June!

While May was filled with a lot of fun with the release of The Unlikely Lady, June has me writing, writing, writing. I’m finishing up the next book in the Playful Brides series. This one is Owen Monroe’s story and is inspired by The Taming of the Shrew. Only it’s more like The Taming of the Rogue. (wink)

Thank you all so much for making the release of The Unlikely Lady such a success! It was a Barnes & Noble bestseller and continues to receive phenomenal reviews!

“Quick, lively entertainment at its best.”
 – RT Book Reviews

“Fans and newcomers alike will enjoy this installment, rich with fully developed characters and a plethora of  witty banter.”
 – Publishers Weekly

“Fun. Find every synonym for fun and insert here.”
 – Smexy Books

“A joyous romp in Regency England, filled with bright characters, scintillating conversations, and just plain fun.”
 – Romance Reviews Today

New York City, Here I Come!

I’ll be flying up to the Big Apple on July 21st for the Romance Writers of America National Conference at the Marriott Marquis on Times Square. If you’re in the NYC area on Wednesday 7/22, be sure to stop by the “Readers for Life” Literacy Autographing from 5:30-7:30PM and see me. I’d love to meet you! I’ll also have copies of The Unlikely Lady for sale and all proceeds go to a terrific cause!

Happy June! And as always, thank you for reading my latest news!
